I used to be with another internet marketing company which got bought out by a bunch of clowns who looted the company and messed up every single thing they could have possibly mess up with my law firm. I was desperate about what would happen to my small business which my family totally relies on so I was forced to take upon myself this huge undertaking of turning the page. By the grace of G-d, I stumbled upon Digital Logic and I just can’t believe I didn’t pull the trigger earlier. Ryan and his team are fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, and don’t continuously try to upsell their services like the other company did; they make you feel comfortable instead. Ryan listens to your concerns without ever brushing you off. He will never give you the feeling that your concern is too small and that he is too busy for you. Ryan doesn’t treat you simply as a client but really cares about you as a person. In today’s day and age, the practice of law requires skillful internet marketing in order to succeed; Ryan understands how nuanced this is and that what might work for a law firm might not necessarily work for another; it is all about meticulous attention to detail and thinking outside the box. One of the top vendors I've come across in a decade. After we had a terrible experience with one of the big legal website vendors, Digital Logic did a terrific job transferring our websites. They worked quickly, efficiently, paid great attention to detail, all at a very competitive price. Their customer service is outstanding. Ryan walked our firm through every aspect of the website transfer, and was very gracious with his time in explaining the process to us (as well as answering all of the other dozens of questions about websites and SEO that we threw at him every time we talked). Every single question we had was answered in 24 hours or less--and usually within just a few hours (or minutes). On top of a fantastic job on the website transfer, their designers were able to redesign our lighthouse logo into exactly what we wanted in about 20 seconds--which wasn't even part of the package that we purchased (but they did just because they are so good at their job).
