Service quits unexpectedly, then they are difficult to contact and take a long time to fix, with more fees each time. Then trying to get custody of our website from them has taken 6 months to get them to agree and they are charging 1000 to cancel their services. I get in trouble with my boss for all this trouble. I feel scammed.The website was barely up to standards, with non-functional buttons and text that we wanted to have changed and couldn't get it changed. We're a small business and we never asked for this hassle.

The latest in my Eminent Design nightmare...I'm being sued for copyright infringement! And the really ironic part is, I think it might be them, because I took down their website completely after so long of being held captive by their extortion and had someone else design an entirely new one!!! Getting a demand for $3800!!! Stay away from this company!!!

Professional SCAMMERS!! This is NOT a US company! They will sell you a dream and not even deliver on the simplest project. The WILL NOT honor their 100% Money Back Guarantee . They also used a different company name for the payment, making it harder to file a claim with my bank. With that said, they fought me tooth and nail and I ended up NOT receiving a refund. Honestly, they should be blocked from conducting business.

Agree. Scam Scam Scam. Stay away. Certainly do not give them your credit card. After a website redesign, using all my content, they wanted me to purchase upgrades and search optimization? My site wasn’t optimized? I said no thanks. Then I get this scam that I need to “copywrite” my domain name or someone else could hijack it. The website they sent me to, to “register “, looks like a government site but isn’t. And in really fine print at the bottom says it not a gov.site. They charged me anyway.Had to cancel my card so they couldn’t charge me for anything else.

Scam Scam Scam. I purchased a deal in 1k. 500$ was paid upfront and balance due once the website will be ready. Yesterday they contacted me after 3 weeks of placement of order with an excuse that this package is mistakenly sold by their employee. They forced me to pay 1800$ for the same deal which i denied and asked for a refund but be careful customers they will never refund you. If any one from this company have courage to negate this comment i have all the communication record to upload here.
