I was told about sites where individuals can post to have a web site built and people from around the world // global level bid on the job. I had no idea the degree of* exploitation * that is involved around this type of work until hearing stories from individuals how they had their web sites built for less than $500. Many of these people laughed as they explained their experiences hiring individuals in 3rd world locations, poverty ridden cultures.
