My website was hard to work with for updating and making changes. I asked Darkstar Digital to help us with a re-design. What a great experience, not only I got a better looking website but very functional and workable. The work I received and was charged for from Darkstar was incomplete and dreadful. I was looking for a top notch and state of the art designer and I did not find it. Darkstar lacked the proper skill set to complete the project they were hired to do and failed to do as they simply didn't like the direct feedback which clearly pointed out they had guessed and missed on some of the major specs of the project. Darkstar failed to pay attention to details that were laid out for them and never followed up and just made some wrong assumptions. For me it was a horrible waste of time and money.
