I had only basic knowledge of how to do business on FB & Instagram but was ready to take the next steps to improve my digital offering for my antique/vintage shop. Daniel set up both social media business pages for me & also rejuvenated my Etsy shop that I hadn't used in years. He then gave me step-by-step instruction on how to manage each one. He's been very patient about fielding regular follow-up questions and has even made some great suggestions on new ways to engage customers.
