This is our first experience of using a digital marketing agency, so in the beginning there was a lot of doubt whether this new initiative would pay off. But those doubts were swiftly put to rest after seeing the level of enthusiasm, energy and dedication that Bigg’s team put into their work from the very start. I was quite impressed by their eagerness to learn as much as possible about our company, our industry and our offerings, but even more so by how quickly they were able to grasp all the necessary information and start using this knowledge in their research and in delivering their SEO and content-writing services to us. Despite it being only three months into our relationship, I’m more than happy not only with the quality of their work but also with their customer support.
