Their team did an outstanding job supporting our marketing team, who had a solid grasp of our website but hadn’t yet fully integrated it with our CRM—or fully leveraged CTA forms, data, and automation.We’d been using HubSpot for three years, and I had a feeling we were missing opportunities. When we decided to redesign our website we spent a lot of time researching what we needed for our business. After coming up with a list of the most important things for our site, we started to research companies to design and build our site. Our investigation of several companies landed BCS Website Services at the top of our list based on their great reviews, their comparable costs, and their excellent design and building skills, and we could not have been happier with the results. Frank Petrov and his team know their stuff, and they were able to take our ideas and content and create an eye catching website that is responsive, clean, and easy to use. The addition of the content management system also allows us to control and change whatever content we need. The entire team working on our project seemed to work together easily and efficiently, and all of our questions and needs were addressed promptly. I was very impressed with their ability to take our (sometimes very vague) ideas and turn them into exactly what we needed for our site without us even knowing we needed it in the first place. We are very satisfied with the website, and feel secure knowing that any changes or adjustments we need will be well taken care of.
