What counts as a social account?
One connected profile, page or channel on one network. For example, a LinkedIn company page, a YouTube channel and a Bluesky profile are 3 social accounts. A Facebook page and the Instagram account linked to it count as 2.
What are AI credits?
AI credits pay for the posts Social9 writes for you. Writing one post takes about 4 credits, so 150 credits is about 37 posts. Scheduling and publishing posts you wrote yourself never uses credits.
Can I add more social accounts?
Yes. Add an extra channel for $4 per channel a month, on every plan, and connect more accounts than your plan includes, in any brand. You can also move to a bigger plan at any time.
Can I buy more AI credits?
Yes. A credit pack gives you 100 AI credits for $5. It is a one-off purchase, not a subscription, and you can use the credits any time.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Billing in your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and it does not renew after that. Fees already paid are not refunded.
Is there a free trial?
There is no time-limited trial. Instead, the Free plan has no end date: 1 brand, 3 social accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Mastodon or Bluesky, and 20 AI credits a month. Upgrade when you need more.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly plans cost 10 times the monthly price, so you get 2 months free: Individual is $120/yr, Team $390/yr and Agency $990/yr. You pay once a year.
Why are X posts limited?
X charges for API access, so each paid plan includes a monthly number of X posts: 50 on Individual, 150 on Team and 300 on Agency. The Free plan does not include X.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply right away. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
