I am extremely dissatisfied!!! They charged me more... Furthermore, I called this exact company, and a woman answered, repeating the same information over and over again to transfer me to a different agency for a straight 30 minutes. I could hear her frustrated breathing over the phone, pretending to be robotic! I said I would not hang up until I got a different agency. Finally, she said, We understand you're busy, you can contact us later! and I said, I'm not busy. Then she hung up! They scammed me out of $800+ and demanded more, plus slandering and black mailing... I send $500+ dollars they gave me $30 bonus but didn't add the $500+ .. them promising no more special orders and then BOOM another $1000+ negative balance .. Ever since I told them I quit I've been getting charged more. This company is scam. They confirmed it and convinced me with the way that lady spoke... Sophie was her name? Don't be fooled...The lady that reached out to me is a liar too... Saying she'll help me but nope as soon as I send my last budget they ignored me. Won't let me cancel or quit.
