In designing the new website for Capability Scotland, we couldn't have asked for better partners than tictoc digital.Our website project began five years (or so) ago and was shelved from our end. Picking it up again recently, tictoc have been amazing at helping us get the project back on track and completed.As well as doing the actual building and coding of the site, tictoc have been happy and willing to hold our hands when we've been unsure or lacking skill in an area, presenting options and opinions through their expertise as to what works and what might not work, what's good for the market place and what's old hat.Of particular note, we loved working with Claire from their project management team, where no question was a hassle or stupid sounding, and always came back with a clear, concise and level-appropriate answer.In 2020, we've all had to adapt to working in new ways but tictoc really pushed ahead with making working together in new circumstances an absolute breeze.On the finished product, their quality shines through in a way we're not sure another company would have. They kept a real eye on our end user and how they would experience the website and we've had many positive reviews about our new place on the internet.Capability Scotland is delighted with the work done, and will be returning in future for other projects - thanks to everyone involved.

Undertaking a website redesign was a significant project for our organisation. Working with TicToc made the process incredibly smooth and easy, with really quick responses, transparent billing and timelines.It was a pleasure to work with the team, who from the start understood our brand and purpose as an organisation.Our main goal was to ensure that our website was accessible for both those we support and those who may wish to support us, and TicToc ensured that our messages were never compromised, while ensuring the end result was high quality and simple to use.

Dreadful experience for a start up business completely lied to on development times and ripped off, paid a few thousand pounds and didn't even get a web page. Then to top it all off did not get a copy of any code or graphics, £5k down the drain.Would not recommend at all.
