I've been with this SEO company for over six months, and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. After spending £12,000 (at £2,000 per month), we’ve seen zero improvement in rankings—not even a slight upward fluctuation.The only work done so far? A few title changes and product section descriptions—something I could have done myself. No technical SEO improvements, no backlink strategy, no real substance.Every time I question the lack of results, I get the same generic response: Rankings naturally fluctuate daily. I understand fluctuations, but when they only go sideways or down, that’s not progress.To make matters worse, they don’t even answer the phone—not even when selecting the invoice option. It’s beyond frustrating when you’re paying this much and can’t even get a response.If you want to throw your money away, these are the guys to call. Avoid at all costs!
