I searched high and low and interviewed a multitude of video production companies to execute the vision I had for the video needed in my company. Jacob and his team were the BEST choice I could’ve made. They perfectly captured our brand and made a high caliber video that I am so proud of and am proud to share with our clients. They are very reasonably priced and worked with us with MUCH patience editing and making the many changes/edits we wanted within the video. If you get the chance to work with them, do it. Can’t recommend enough.

We hired Jacob from The Customer Story team to film, edit and deliver 12 individual videos highlighting customer success stories all across the USA. The video work has been amazing! I was particularly impressed by Jacob's always-positive, can-do attitude when filming our customers and taking our feedback on final edits. I felt like at every step of our project, that Jacob really cared about the quality of the final videos. The videos Jacob produced for us are on-track to increase our company revenue by at least 6-figures this year!
