We met with a valued business client in Canada. We met with another valued relationship we have with another business in California. Both had similar remarks and private messages regarding Sarkis that they allowed me to read. They asked me not to write this review, but the messages were so incredulously inflammatory -- it's unfair not to share their experience with Sarkis.We all approach business differently.We all come from different backgrounds.We all onboard clients differently.We all have different business models.Perhaps as thorough as we all are -- we aren't perfect and there's something that we might forget.We're human.We all have our strengths.We have hurried days with timelines to meet and pressures.But the inflammatory messages from Sarkis to our most valued partners that we've worked with for so long -- it's just unthinkable.Some of us when we're upset, we release rage.Some of us when we're upset, we step away, and come back to seek resolution.Some of us, bring in a third party, to create neutrality.But the messages from Sarkis, which I asked permission to have a copy of -- is not communications that should come from a leader in business [even when upset].Sarkis, you crossed the line, and you went personal and way below the belt.Be encouraged to seek understanding.Be encouraged to know that you're not the most knowledgeable person in your field.We had your work checked and reviewed.I've taken the courtesy to apologize for the dagger of your words Sarkis.Be mindful that written messages are passed on to other business owners and business leaders.Respectfully shared.And small business clients we know in your area, we will pay, pro bono, for them to use another agency.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with The Business Clinic. As a first time small business owner I found the task of marketing, branding and website design to be overwhelming. I wasn’t thinking about having a website, but wanted my business to be visible. After discussions with Sarkis, I learned about the value of building a website to promote my business. Sarkis has an ability to understand what his clients want and need. I’m not as experienced in writing in English or in marketing, but Sarkis has done thorough research and written great content for my website. The best thing about working with him is you don’t need to worry about anything related to marketing. I have contacted other marketing people before The Business Clinic, but they didn’t provide as much value. The best part about working with The Business Clinic is that they see and understand the needs of your business and create a customized marketing strategy accordingly.

Prior to working with The Business Clinic, I had no idea how to market myself. I knew how to practice psychology, but reaching those who want help was not in my graduate programs. The Business Clinic helped to improve my website, get my business listed online, and used Google Ads to attract potential clients. The Business Clinic helped me focus on my sessions with clients because they were taking care of getting my services out to the community. That was a big relief.Sarkis is very easy to work with. He is knowledgeable, professional, and follows through with what we discussed. The best thing about Sarkis was that he put my mind at ease about the business aspect and let me focus on the services I provide for clients.
