I encountered Soulpepper Digital Marketing Agency - Vancouver years ago in Toronto 2018 when they were holding a workshop in Google's offices. They convinced me with their presentation, professionalism, knowledge and expertise in the area of digital marketing. I was skeptical at first of their claims to dramatically increase our clients, but the results and their skills speak for themselves. Running a busy legal practice or any business, it is challenging to juggle the demands of marketing. However, Soulpepper's troubleshooting, insights is always friendly. I have to amend this review because of my colleagues asking about this service. You will see results, but it is disorganized. It seems like they use a lot of outsourcing which does not inspire tremendous confidence. We also had a ton of turn around on our account: it was like a revolving door of account managers, with each one having less insight, competence or know-how than the last. I found they 100% know the SEO, web advertising and under the hood type of knowledge about social media. The actual marketing on the other hand was disappointing. If they actually retained talented account managers this would be a 5 star review.

We spent a small fortune at Soulpepper and saw literally no results. A tonne of promises, but we ended up having to re-write every bit of content they created (incorrect info as well as poor grammar). Anything that gained us traction during our time with Soulpepper came from ideas we came up with and implemented ourselves. We had to manage our own google analytics, and the website they built us was super lame and did not function well across platforms. Had to get a new one built a year later. Overall, a terrible experience, and a financial loss not welcome to a small business.
