Extremely impressed and happy with my experience with Scale. For starters, the team met with us and gave us a really in depth and helpful consultation. They were upfront and honest about our brand and our strengths and pain points. We hired them for a custom marketing solution and the results have been nothing short of amazing. They really help my wife and I understand the Why behind everything they are doing for our business advertising and branding wise. Our cost per acquisitions are down, our marketing has far more reach, and most importantly, we are selling more than before linking up with them. They also have a dedicated team for each aspect of marketing - SEO, Design, Coding, Campaigns, PPC, and so much more. Another company we hired previously had just a few people wearing many hats, so to speak, and we could tell they were spread far too thin. However I'm really impressed that at Scale, each aspect of our business is moderated by a dedicated team member (who we have personally met during consultation meetings). I was extremely disappointed while working with Scale. I had to constantly chase them to get them to even answer and email or phone call. They didn't follow through on a lot of what they offered and charged a ridiculous fee that I felt was far exceeding the work they were doing.While they did improve our organic results I think they are just too small to handle the workload they have properly.
