Horrible experience. We started using Ryno in late March and we had high expectations from them especially since they promised us so much. They put a whole marketing plan together just for it to not go accordingly one bit. Ryno said they were going to use our existing website and start some type of marketing since it was about to be peak season for us. That plan fell through but what makes it worse is the communication. No one told us anything and kept pushing things off and eventually they completely went ghost. After reaching out countless times they finally emailed us back and didn’t even have the decency to call or have a meeting with us just to tell us they couldn’t use the existing website and our new website was delayed. They now made another plan to use and optimize Google LSA and Google SEO, but of course that plan fell through again! Now just a few days ago we finally have a meeting for them just to tell us they haven’t even really started on much and our website is delayed again. My favorite part is when our rep told us the reason it was delayed so much is because of this merge they had going on and they had to prioritize their bigger accounts isn’t that crazy! Still now we have no marketing at all and no website and it’s already mid July. I’m very disappointed in Ryno and if you’re a small business do not use this company because they clearly are unfair and just want to take everyone’s money. Complete frauds.

We own a plumbing company in Maryland. We have been in business for over 30 years. We have many partnerships, business relationships etc. and I have to say that far and away our time with Ryno since Nov. 2023 has been our worst experience we have ever had with a company. If you are in the trades I HIGHLY recommend that you steer clear from RYNO. They have high turnover and so much gets lost in the cracks when you're dealing with so many different people. Our website was delivered late, our online presence is terrible, and there is absolutely no accountability. Even as recently as a few weeks ago, I saw that they were putting out updates that we were a heating and air conditioning company (we are a plumbing company) It really is just baffling and embarrassing. I paid out of pocket multiple times to have outside audits done on our website and SEO rankings just to confirm how poorly everything was going even though I already knew that from the huge drop in calls/leads we had pretty much once RYNO took over our marketing. This company can single handedly jeopardize businesses that many of us dedicate our lives to building. BE AWARE! They heavily focus on paid leads which I understand Is a useful source but not when it's your only source. They never once updated me on SEO without me asking first and that's because they know that they aren't performing up to par. Some months you get the reports on everything and some months you don't.Their answer to everything was always continue to extend your service area, turn on more services, etc. I had to learn the hard way that this company sells you a dream and delivers a nightmare. Please don't put yourself through what I have gone through since November 2023, it is a gut wrenching experience from start to finish. In the spirit of not being completely negative, the website does look good.

Emily and her team were awesome! They took what little we had and ran with it and produced a professional working website.
