Ryan founded RMG to help brands make genuine connections with their customers. He has a background in technology and over 10 years experience in ecommerce strategy and management. The list of companies he has worked with include industry titans like Charming Charlie, Sally Beauty, and Verizon.

Michael Caruso

As former college roommates, Mike was persuaded by Ryan to leave the corporate energy world to build a fledgling agency into an industry leader. He holds a Masters in Advanced Algorithm Design and manages the execution of daily operations at RMG.

Before Alex joined RMG, he was supporting NASA rocket launches as a data scientist at MIT. He has a passion for using data to connect people and technology. In his free time, he can be found building needlessly complex spreadsheets or drinking his (N+1)th cup of coffee.

Anna brings over a decade of experience in UI/UX design across the entire device landscape. After attending George Brown College in Toronto, her love for creative work and the beach took her to Australia, where she continues to push the industry standard and surf every chance she gets.

Matthew joined RMG with 25 years of experience in website operations. In the 1990s, he helped pioneer virtual private server technologies in Silicon Valley and has been passionate about DevOps and Automation ever since. In his free time, Matthew loves dreaming up new things to 3D print.
