Redefine Marketing Group (RMG) has quickly become a key partner to me as a corporate website manager to ensure maximum performance, health, and optimization of our site. I can always count on their expertise to identify and manage core site issues as well as to solve (and clearly explain) complex problems. During a recent website relaunch as the result of a merger, RMG was our right hand to ensure our launch was a success in terms of maintaining and improving site and SEO health while also helping us organize and execute a large content migration. As a digital marketing department of one, I needed a partner who could bring best practices and focus to my ecommerce website's SEO while I oversaw other aspects of the business. When RMG came into the pitch presentation, it was clear that they'd done their homework. They presented a comprehensive overview of the existing website, the areas for improvement and an optimization strategy designed around the areas that would have the greatest impact. When we encountered issues due to platform constraints or resource availability, RMG was able to refocus activities and not lose momentum.When we decided to migrate to the Magento platform in early 2019, RMG acted as a trusted partner. They joined project planning calls with the external developers and provided a detailed list of action items that needed to be addressed pre-launch in order to maintain link equity. Having worked on other site migrations, I expected that we would experience a loss in organic traffic and revenue but hoped to minimize the time needed to get back to par. Instead, we saw post-migration organic traffic increase almost 2x compared to the previous year, with revenue up 70%.Working with David and the SEO team was easy, and I particularly appreciated how they responded to being challenged. I always felt they had the best interests of Howard's in mind, and were working with urgency on our behalf.
