Cannot recommend this company enough!We have had our bakery for 3 years and whilst we have been doing ok thanks to word of mouth, our marketing skills, especially social media was lacking.I wanted to be become more ‘social’ , gain more reach, interactions and grow our business by getting our name out there. We met with Aidan and discussed what we would like, to become more ‘professional’ yet keep our ‘real human’ style. A bit of fun, safe banter but getting across that our pies were a good quality product from a genuine, caring, professional company. Our aim was to be come more heard of. Get our name out there which would lead to more customers and stockists.Proper marketing really ‘got us’ and we had some professional photos taken of our products, social media posts scheduled and plenty of guidance and suggestions from Aidan and Eleanor.In the last couple of months whilst working with Proper we have grown our social media following, Increased our reach and engagement massively and even gained 5 new stockists. We have also had more enquiries about our pies than ever before, with messages and phone calls and comments on socials asking where they can get our pies from.We are very excited for the future working with Proper and where it can lead us. Our next plan is more videos and behind the scenes posts.Thank you Proper!
