Chris changed my ways of working tremendously during our coaching sessions. Every barrier I was facing Chris found solutions that were easy to implement and use moving forward.We had great discussions every session and Chris always picked up on little details in what I was saying and was able to find the most amazing information to send over which I not only found useful for myself but was also able to share with my colleagues who also found the information very useful. In all honesty I didn't want my sessions with Chris to end! I started our sessions with low confidence and a bit of a mess in my head as to the structure of my working day and I came out with clear plans and strategies thanks to Chris. I was introduced to Chris via work. The coach coachee relationship is the key element to make the sessions work and from the start of the very first session Chris made it very easy. My reservations were around a formulaic lesson by lesson method but Chris worked with me to get the best outcomes. Chris was able to provide insight in multiple areas, often within a very short window, and with zero preparation. The sessions were conversational, which, was exactly what worked for me. Every session was beneficial and it was a shame when our sessions ended. I am very confident in recommending Chris to anyone who is thinking about engaging an ND coach. Chris is thoughtful, genuine and empathetic and is an outstanding coach.
