I would give 0 stars if I could. This company dragged out our website creation process from 6 months to over a year. They continuously ignored requests, ignored our direct emails, ignored files we provided, and on. The final product was delivered full of 404 errors, spelling and grammar mistakes, incorrect files, missing files, triplicate files, and on. We were passed around from person to person throughout the entire process. They told us they understood the needs of an HRA, but continuously betrayed that statement. They ignored our request for team training on the new site, which was part of our agreement. Stay away from this company.

Planeteria helped rebuild our website after our company split into two entities. They were very professional, had great advice, thoughts, and worked diligently to ensure the site was as we wanted. They were patient with our group since we were still finalizing aspects of the split and at times we had some delays on our end. They were a joy to work with and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a new website or a redesign.
