Our website has experienced an increase in traffic, and our Google Business Profile has been updated. Though there is still much to be fixed, Particular Angles' work is of very high quality. They provide me with a lot of insight into what they're doing because of the comprehensive weekly report that they produce. They have done a great job managing the project. We can't overspend because we don't have a large budget. As a result, despite the fact that they also offer advisory services for our social media efforts, they have exclusively concentrated on SEO. Particular Angles submitted a proposal after we reached out, detailing their design process. They then met with us at our office for a discovery meeting, learning about our business and going over expectations for the website. From there, they developed a timeline and the scope of work, provided wireframes, and ultimately redesigned our website on WordPress.They redesigned our logo per our request, but we ended up not using it. They did, however, provide a new font and a lot of copywriting. They also developed a manual, so we'd be able to go back in and make changes to the site on our own, and created some downloadable PDF menus that we use to email to customers. After launching, the new site experienced a significant increase in traffic and received a lot of positive feedback from customers. Our home page better showcases all that we offer. They particularly did a great job with copywriting, effectively capturing our voice while helping us speak to a broader demographic. Their initial proposal process and follow up was great. They obviously were able to sell us on their services, and we were ultimately very happy with the end product.

Our team worked internally to produce content and design mock ups for key pages of the website. We handed those over to Particular Angles who then applied those designs to the remaining pages (about 10) and built the new website. They implemented Elementor onto our WordPress site, which gave us more flexibility on internal updates, and they integrated our HubSpot forms onto our WP site. We then worked through edits and revisions and launched. We hit our website launch deadline right on the dot, and they were responsive and helpful the whole way through. We will use them again for our next website project.
