Having worked outsourced IT for many years, I've worked with a number of design companies. The quality of Octocog's work speaks for itself, so no need for additional praise there. What I can tell you, that makes this business stand out is that when I contact them on behalf of a mutual client, I get a timely, if not immediate response. I couldn't ask for more.

I've known Octocog for a few years and have admired the work they do with Branding and Website design for restaurants. And I equally admire them for their work with the community and non-profits. When it was time to have my own website developed, though developing a website for an Architect is much different than restaurants (what they are known for) I wanted to give them my business. And I am so glad I did! From their initial in-take survey to doing a remote walk-thru of my completed site they have been amazing to work with. They listened to what I wanted. They understood me, my brand, and what I was looking to do with my website. And as a single person just starting a company, they understood that I couldn't review and commend as quickly as others and they worked with me at my pace. Pricing is certainly fair. The cost to hire them to build and maintain this professional site vs me taking my time for a DYI site, it was/is so worth it! I highly recommend for any company looking to develop a Brand and/or to build a website, especially restaurants! And most importantly, these are really nice, caring people, which to me is as important at ability. Fortunately for them, they have both.

Someone that we can send our clients and partners to and automatically know they are in good hands. Standing out amongst even the best that even Boston has to offer..
