OctoCog

Having worked outsourced IT for many years, I've worked with a number of design companies. The quality of Octocog's work speaks for itself, so no need for additional praise there. What I can tell you, that makes this business stand out is that when I contact them on behalf of a mutual client, I get a timely, if not immediate response. I couldn't ask for more.

I've known Octocog for a few years and have admired the work they do with Branding and Website design for restaurants. And I equally admire them for their work with the community and non-profits. When it was time to have my own website developed, though developing a website for an Architect is much different than restaurants (what they are known for) I wanted to give them my business. And I am so glad I did! From their initial in-take survey to doing a remote walk-thru of my completed site they have been amazing to work with. They listened to what I wanted. They understood me, my brand, and what I was looking to do with my website. And as a single person just starting a company, they understood that I couldn't review and commend as quickly as others and they worked with me at my pace. Pricing is certainly fair. The cost to hire them to build and maintain this professional site vs me taking my time for a DYI site, it was/is so worth it! I highly recommend for any company looking to develop a Brand and/or to build a website, especially restaurants! And most importantly, these are really nice, caring people, which to me is as important at ability. Fortunately for them, they have both.

OctoCog is the leader in branding and marketing in Salem and across the North Shore. I often find myself enamored with a local restaurant’s social media presence or a slick design at a small business. More often than not, I find out that it came from OctoCog. The entire team is well-versed in cutting edge marketing tools and adapts to meet the needs of its clients. In addition to the work they produce, they are deeply committed to bettering their community and participate regularly in the support of nonprofits that benefit the service industry, address food insecurity, and more. All in all, OctoCog is a fantastic company to work with to meet your design needs and I’m proud to have them in my city.

In a chaotic fast paced industry of running a restaurant, it’s refreshing to partner with OctoCog in supporting our mass marketing platforms. The entire OctoCog team is engaged, patient and creates customized solutions for our needs. In short time, they understood our branding personality and their voice represents us extremely well

As the owner of an organization that promotes the entire community, it is so nice knowing that we have an industry expert to reach out to for the latest happenings (some of which he is also responsible for!) in the ever-expanding culinary scene in the North Shore... Someone that we can send our clients and partners to and automatically know they are in good hands. Standing out amongst even the best that even Boston has to offer.. Dan is a pleasure to work with, super professional and very attentive to his client's needs and Andrew is one of the most receptive and patient graphic designers I have ever worked with. Can see this being one long and profit enabling relationship!
