As here mentioned before they are really office and their headquater based in Belarus why? cause cheapeast staff, lowest marketing service, speaking bad sales team, of course they are not speaking well in english with many mistakes and worst service ever....got background speking with sales head but unfortunately with getting some misunderstanding and lowest quality of marketing service.

Disappointing experience with NinjaPromo. I chose them because the sales manager said they would be a perfect fit, but it did not go well.From the start, there was no clear contract, and I had no idea how they track hours or handle payment. Their website audit made no improvements to my site.Their ad campaigns were set up poorly, and they never really understood my industry—even though I spent a month explaining my work as a digital intermediate colourist. The LinkedIn ad also took a month to launch.Communication was difficult since I could not speak directly to the people actually doing the work, which they never mentioned before I signed up. A Google Ads rep later called me and confirmed that my ads were set up very badly.After spending over two months with NinjaPromo, I ended up with zero leads and lost both time and money. They did not offer any fair solution or refund.I cannot recommend them based on this experience.
