We purchased an existing Florida hotel in October of 2014 and quickly turned to Nextiny to help us generate qualified leads. We were in a somewhat new market territory and did not have time to waste in testing our own ideas, out.. We needed serious tools, data with accountability, and the ability to generate increased revenues immediately. We took off out the gate running and have not looked back. We have increased our off-season occupancy nearly 100%. We have been able to focus on the operational side of the business while Nextiny put our business on the map. The last 8 month have been incredibly successful and far exceeded our expectations as far as first year growth. I truly don't think we would have come anywhere near his growth without the experience and expertise of Nextiny's team.
