Digital Marketing Director at MCM, Carl, has several years’ experience in devising digital marketing strategies that deliver across both organic and paid channels. Carl is used to working with clients of all budgets and knows how to get bang for your buck!

Bringing London gained experience to the team, Alyssa is responsible for keeping the office in order and as PA to our CEO, managing his diary. Outside of the office, Alyssa is often out and about exploring with her family or taking part in fundraising events for local children’s charities.

As Senior Marketing Manager, Jo brings over 10 years of B2B marketing experience to the team, developing strategies to get MCM on the map. When she isn’t doing that you are certain to find her on the netball court!

Paige is our Marketing Manager, who enjoys nothing more than planning and implementing exciting ideas that get MCM seen and heard. Outside of the office, Paige can often be found making some sort of cake or biscuit and running around after her toddler.

Fern Rogers

Our Marketing Manager Fern loves shopping! When she isn’t running around town trying to find the best sales, she’s in the office helping out with the day to day marketing activities, helping MCM get seen.

Owen Parsons

You’ll usually find Owen carefully crafting lines and lines of code! He enjoys understanding our client requirements and helping them to find a technical solution that works for them. There isn’t a lot Owen can’t do with JavaScript and he’s an expert in VB, C#, SQL and .Net.

In a past life Allan was a professional actor, but for the last decade he has turned his hand to building dramatic professional websites. In his spare time he likes playing board games, puzzles, quizzes, watching movies, or just relaxing and playing guitar.

When Liam isn’t building websites and exploring new ways of coding things you can find him either in front of his Xbox or in his garage 3D printing random objects.

Having joined in 2015 as an SEO and PPC specialist, James has enjoyed a great career at MCM so far. Working in a full service agency has allowed him to add many more strings to his bow, including geese herding, Segway racing, axe throwing and canoeing.

Tom McMahon

Senior Account Manager at MCM, Tom, has several years experience leading client side social media teams, across industry-leading TV & film businesses both in the UK and internationally. Outside of the office, Tom can often be found cooking or watching Formula 1!

Toby joined MCM as a Senior Paid Media Executive with 3 years’ experience working client side. With a background in working with large budget accounts; strategic optimisation, analysis and creation are some of his strong points.

Aaron Price

Aaron has been with MCM for five years and has a great deal of experience in all things digital marketing including SEO, Google Ads and Paid Social. As the SEO Lead for MCM Net he can make sure you are ranking higher than your competitors. As a big sports fan you can find him cheering on England.

Aindrea White

As Content Lead, you can usually find Aindrea working with different members of the team to finesse blog or page content, crafting paid social and Google Ads, trailing innovative content marketing approaches and working closely with clients.

Bringing lots of experience to his role as Paid Social Lead, Alex’s background in mathematics means he loves diving into campaign data and optimising based on the results. In his spare time, he can be found playing the guitar (badly) or supporting his friends in local music venues.

Lauren joined the MCM team as an intern in Nov 2019, and is now working her way up the Digital Marketing ladder. Lauren assists the team in all areas, and has grown to be adept in all areas of digital marketing, from content writing, to Google Ads, paid social and SEO.

Rachel Etherington

Following a successful internship in July 2021, Rachel joined our team full time as a Digital Marketing Executive. Rachel’s work includes writing blog content, analysing web pages for SEO improvements, as well as other various tasks to help the rest of the team.
