I would like to comment about the great service I have received through James Perry, Account Coordinator, and Jamie Amacher, Web Developer. They have both been very helpful with redesigning my website with SEO in mind and I'm very pleased with the results. I had only one issue during the process that was bugging me in the design phase...I didn't want city names in the Header Tag. After a nice discussion with James, it was determined we could still get what was needed SEO-wise by moving the city information to the general writeup on each page. This was a nice solution. I get the design I envisioned and the SEO I require.

Disappointed and Misled – Not the SEO Service We Were PromisedAs a small roadside services company based in Florida, we reached out to MSH with the intention of improving our SEO presence. During the sales process, we were led to believe that we'd receive dedicated SEO support — something we truly needed to grow our organic visibility. However, after signing on, we were instead handed off to a Google Ads PPC specialist and enrolled in a pay-per-click campaign — a service we were already experienced with and explicitly stated we didn’t need.Despite being assured that SEO could be discussed later down the line, this never happened. We were told a landing page would be provided — it never was. Follow-ups were met with vague responses like “it takes time to see results,” and the only real communication we received were generic campaign reports. When I reached out to our original account manager for clarity, I was passed off to a customer care specialist furthermore, she didn't even address me by my correct name. What does it say when you send an email, and the respondent addresses you with the wrong name. This shows that they clearly are not in it to truly help you.We spent nearly $1,800 over three months with little to no measurable return, and no improvement in our online presence. For a small business, that kind of spending is a significant investment, and we feel misled and disappointed.I’m writing this review not out of bitterness, but to help other small businesses avoid similar pitfalls. If you’re considering MSH for SEO or digital marketing, proceed with caution and make sure all deliverables are clearly documented up front. Our experience felt more like a sales push than a true partnership — and unfortunately, it came at a cost.
