Logic Design so generously donated their website and design services for a charity fundraising event and online auction in aid of Suffolk Community Foundation and Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds. From start to finish, the team there have been a pleasure to work with. Everything they have delivered has been exactly as per the brief and delivered efficiently and timely. I even had some designs for social media tiles turned around very quickly in time for the launch of the online auction. Valerie has very impressive customer service skills and always responds and actions emails and requests professionally and with passion and clearly a high level of expertise. Everyone has been very complimentary of the design work and impressive website. The team at Logic have been great.We originally started working with them to help our business online presence and were not pressured into any marketing campaigns or spending more than we budgeted for. Val has been great at running this for us for nearly a year now, she checks in weekly and monthly and shows us all mock posts before they are scheduled. We also used Logic for our new website, including hosting, this experience was also great and the website is exactly how we wanted. As a small charity looking raise our profile via the internet and a well constructed web site, we approached Logic Design with a rough idea of what we were looking for and what we wanted to achieve with the website. Howie and his Team were very accommodating and extremely patient with us as we kept changing our mind with regards the finished product. The advice they offered was sound, pragmatic and based on experience with other customers. The website we have now is outstanding and has offered up our first real efficient interface with our customers and members in the short time our charity has been around. Additionally, the aftercare package is well thought through and available at our beck and call. Overall, our time spent with Logic Design has been productive from start to finish; the Team have always been quick to answer our questions and provide further guidance.
