He assured us we wouldn’t be an after thought—and proved it by negotiating a pricing plan that matched what much smaller agencies were offering for the same services.Next, we were introduced to Wakimba, Hawke’s senior media analyst. He didn’t just give generic advice from a boiler plate deck —he spent hours brainstorming and followed up with a custom strategy deck that demonstrated his deep understanding of our brand and our goals.The following week, we met with Cynthia and Sarah, Hawke’s resident social media experts. They conducted a thorough audit of our Instagram, Facebook, etc. -and then delivered a beautifully designed, 20-page custom deck packed with actionable insights—everything from color palettes and design to messaging and strategy, all illustrated with visual examples that spoke directly to our brand.Our on-boarding, wrapped up with Savannah, Hawke’s content strategist, who delivered a molecular-level analysis of our e-commerce store and writing tone.
