After investing ₹12 lakh+ over the last 12 months, my experience has been deeply frustrating and financially damaging.Constant staff turnover – Project managers kept changing without notice. Each new contact had to “get up to speed,” burning hours I paid for while progress stalled.Two catastrophic site migrations – My website went offline twice during their migrations, and key URLs never received proper 301 redirects. Organic traffic nosedived, forcing me to bring in another agency just to clean up the mess.No measurable results – Despite bold growth promises, KPIs stagnated or declined. Reports were vague, and tough questions met with evasive answers.Lack of transparency & accountability – Deadlines slipped, scope shifted, and I was left footing the bill with no clear plan or apology.These issues have cost my business significant revenue.
