If I remember correctly, I have been a customer 'from the very beginning'. Het Commercial House has been doing business with Fervent Digital (formerly Ebbersmedia) since 2007. Multiple projects (websites, lead generation projects that have an impact and other sales support processes) done together. What strikes me is the open and pleasant culture. There is good thinking and further thinking. There is room for sparring and adjustments before, during and after a project. I can only say that I am sincerely happy with our collaboration.

After briefly considering whether or not to write a review, we decided to do so. This is a reason to have other entrepreneurs who are willing to build a webshop/marketing think carefully about collaborating with this company. Unfortunately, our experience with this company has not been good. Verbal agreements are not kept, it is very important to put all agreements on paper in detail and not rely on verbal agreements. Even then, if everything is on paper, delivery conditions, etc. are discussed. Everything is calculated without consultation about what must then be paid first. This may happen once, but after several occasions we often ended up with surprising invoices. Where they indicate that they spend hours on something, it later turns out that in practice this often takes less time than stated. calculated.This company first gives you the feeling of trust, pleasant cooperation and evidence of knowledge. But afterwards we have experienced that they appear to be listening to the customer, but afterwards they make their own plans. Great sales talk, but this is not reflected in terms of execution. We are very happy that we no longer do business with this company.
