As an old marketing hand I have often been disappointed by my PR Agency support. Since leaving corporate employment many years ago and now running a small outsourced marketing consultancy I inherited my client's relationship with Eden. I was sceptical as to the value they could add.Taking that initial context into account it surprised me (and may surprise others) that I am now an enthusiastic endorser and advocate for their business. They work very hard to understand my client's needs in detail, they are imaginative and inventive in developing ideas for our campaigns coming up with original ideas (all structured to our plans which we share with them and work together in developing when it comes to content and PR) and work hard to execute them. They respond well to feedback and are never precious about adjusting to implement our comments. The coverage that they have won for our client is outstanding. Under Katherine's great leadership (she is a throug and through PR professional) they are highly valued partner.
