Moving my web hosting over to DMX marketing has been light night and day. For years I had been using another company for my web hosting. As a small business, I didn’t have a huge budget and thought at the time the previous company was a good and cost-effective option. Over the years, I had begun to realize that, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. The customer service was lacking and the recommendations made each time I had inquiries were generic and did not solve much.After meeting with DMX marketing I decided to make the switch. I quickly began to see what I was missing. Their customer service is excellent with responding to emails quickly to making me feel like I’m being taken care of. Soon after I began my website maintenance with them and my stress has been so much better. I wish I had met them earlier.I have also added SEO services and appreciate the planning and monthly meetings that we have to ensure we are working towards our goals. No other website/SEO company has put as much into customer care and service as DMX marketing. If you are looking for an honest Digital marketing company that is reasonably priced with great customer services, I highly recommend Nick and Lisa from DMX marketing.
