Disruptive Advertising may be a good fit for you, but if you are a small to mid-sized brand I would think twice. I believe they are better suited for big brands with really big budgets. I found most of their team to be very professional and kind and genuinely interested in figuring out how to help my business. Where that was lost in translation is that they do not spend time to really get to know your brand and, while they don't disclose what you are paying them per hour, I believe that you get very little time from the marketing professionals you are paying.This is unfortunate, because if you're like me, running a $2 million dollar business and not a $200 million+ business, you're coming to Disruptive because you're trying to make a big leap, from being a small brand to becoming a much larger brand, and you believe agencies like this may hold the key strategy that you need to do so. Unfortunately, I believe that is wishful thinking here. I left Disruptive after 6 months of disappointing campaign performance on both Amazon and Google. After leaving Disruptive, I took the reigns back on my own advertising and I was able to do substantially better on both platforms, simply by understanding my brand and digging deep into the campaigns to optimize them.I was hoping for a shortcut here, but I truly believe that if the agency fails to dive deep into the brand, then they fail, and that's what happened here. We received zero updates/improvements to our A+ content on Amazon, and after I did this myself saw our ROI improve substantially. I also had a number of errors with their Google team where our products displayed without discounts and with some mysterious google issues that they were never able to solve for us, and truly never prioritized solving either. Not to mention, we are in the 'ai age, and especially with Google, running a performance max campaign requires very little - Google is doing the heavy lifting, so I would ask yourself if you really need an agency to do t...
