I recently attended an interview with Denave for a Talent Acquisition role, and it was a disappointing experience. The interviewer Shalini (Global HR) demonstrated a lack of professionalism throughout the session.I felt I was not given a fair chance to express myself, as the interviewer appeared more interested in steering the conversation to her preferences. Additionally, I was surprised by her comments about my career transitions, especially since her profile suggests similar patterns.The session was further marred by poor etiquette, such as answering phone calls during the interview. As someone with extensive experience in recruitment, I expected a higher standard of professionalism from a company like Denave. This experience has raised concerns about their commitment to a candidate-focused hiring process.

Never ever come to this company. Bunch of useless people in the management. Work based on KPI and thousands of useless terms and conditions (which is impossible to reach has been set) so that none of them achieves it. They promise sweet things in beginning, yet you have to wait for months to get it although you are a top performer! There are cases where people never received anything although its been months since they resigned. The whole company is a scam! Useless management who just runs away and never cared about their employees' welfare. Pathetic!
