Dealer Authority has been our digital marketing partner for the past year and we have been very happy with our results, strategies and content. Jeff Glackin, Mike Holland and Sarah Pinder (among others) have done an outstanding job and continue to grow site traffic with our SEO, SEM and social efforts.We love having a partner that isn't working with a competitor in our market and can be scrappy with our campaigns as opposed to cookie cutter.We get reporting each month on our progress, recommended changes, etc. and while we don't always take advantage, the team offers a monthly performance call.We have worked with many different partners in the space and we are very happy with how Dealer Authority works for our business!

Dealer Authority has been MY agency for nearly 3 years now. That is a testament to them because the typical agency has a much shorter shelf life!When I was interviewing agencies, I was looking for something different than the cookie cutter content, OEM approved agency.What made me go with DA is the fact that they are a boutique agency that TRULY loves their clients and take a vested interest in their success. If I am not successful, they are not successful, no matter what the analytics and digital metrics say.There has never been one single time that I have called with an issue, that it wasn’t immediately resolved. I love this company!!Our Social Marketing Expert, Brian West is phenomenal!! What he does to bring out the personality and get engagement on my FB pages is extraordinary!!
