AVOID CEDCOMMERCE AT ALL COSTS – Save Yourself the HeadacheOur experience with CedCommerce has been nothing short of a disaster. We purchased several of their B2B extensions, only to discover that they are missing critical business logic and completely fail to address real-world business requirements. They sell you extensions that require other extensions to be bought but these extensions do not properly work with one another. The extensions are slow and include repetitive prompts that causes speed issues on a Magento platform. The code appears to be written by low-paid, inexperienced developers with no understanding of Magento best practices or even basic quality standards. As a result, we encountered issue after issue—many of which were directly due to poor, non-standard coding that broke our Magento store and forced us into costly troubleshooting.What’s worse, the extensions are clearly designed with one goal in mind: to get you dependent on CedCommerce for constant fixes and “customizations,” which, unsurprisingly, they charge extra for—even when the issues are clearly defects in their original products.Customer support is practically nonexistent. Our support tickets went unanswered, and whenever we did manage to get a response, it was superficial and never actually solved the problems. Reaching out to management was equally useless—they were always “unavailable” and never addressed our complaints, despite repeated attempts to contact them.If you value your business, your time, and your sanity, do NOT buy anything from CedCommerce. Their extensions are unreliable, their code is subpar, and their support is abysmal. We are still dealing with the fallout from trusting this company. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for reputable Magento solutions.

We emailed them asking to close our account in 2024. They didn't process the cancellation, then billed us for 2025. We emailed them again, now they're insisting that despite us telling them in 2024, they're not going to refund us and they have yet to confirm they've cancelled the subscription. Some sort of strange anto-customer, anti- common sense money grab happening here.

Very bad and unethical business practices — extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend hiring them for development work.I hired this company for Shopify development on October 10th, with Utkarsh in charge. They assured me they would upload all of my 2,500 products to Shopify. However, they pressured me to buy a $700 yearly subscription, promising faster results and using high-pressure sales tactics.They never provided a service agreement, which most reputable companies (like LitExtension or LitCommerce) do. After two months of work, they didn’t complete the project and kept asking for more time without ever giving me a clear deadline.Eventually, after four months of delays, they told me I would need to spend an extra $2,500 per month because of Shopify’s “limitations.” This was a huge expense they never mentioned upfront. If I had known, I wouldn’t have started the project.When I asked for a refund, they only gave me a small partial refund for the unused subscription — nothing for the incomplete development work. They kept extending the timeline and didn’t deliver as promised.If you’re considering working with them, be very cautious — especially if they ask you to buy a yearly plan. Make sure you get a clear deadline and a written refund agreement before paying anything.Overall, I found their practices to be misleading and unprofessional. I wouldn’t trust them with even a small project. There are better companies out there — I recommend choosing someone else.I have reported them to Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau (BBB) with proof.You should report it to BBB so that they can be taken down if you face the same issue with their service.

Incomplete Extensions:My experience with the extensions purchased from CedCommerce was not only disappointing but also felt misleading. The extensions, as described on their website, promised a range of functionalities that were crucial for my project. However, upon implementation, it became evident that these extensions were far from complete. What was more disconcerting was the company's approach to this issue. Instead of addressing these shortcomings or providing the promised functionality as part of the initial purchase, I was pressured into paying more. It seemed as if the incomplete nature of the extensions was being used as a tactic to upsell additional services or features. This practice felt unethical and unprofessional, as it played with my trust and investment, leading to increased costs and frustration.2. Misleading Sales Promises:The sales team assured me of certain product capabilities and support, but post-purchase, the reality was starkly different. It felt as if the promises were merely to close the sale, and once the payment was made, the commitments were not honored.3. Additional Costs for Basic Functionality:What was particularly frustrating was the realization that to get the basic functionality (as originally advertised), I was expected to pay extra. This felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, which is unacceptable in a professional setting.4. Poor Customer Support:My attempts to resolve these issues through their customer support channels were met with silence. Ced Commerce has proven to be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, displaying a complete lack of professionalism throughout my experience with them. Their services were highly ineffective, and I am extremely disappointed with the results.From the beginning, they promised round-the-clock support and even created a group to facilitate communication. However, their claims of providing support in the midnight were nothing more than empty promises. When I requested assistance during office hours, they failed to respond promptly, leaving messages unanswered for extended periods of time. It was evident that they did not prioritize customer support or value my time.Despite paying their fees month after month, I witnessed no improvement in my sales. On the contrary, my product's ranking plummeted dramatically. Initially, my product's buy box percentage was between 65% and 70%, but under their management, it has now dropped to a meager 27%. This steep decline is a clear indication of their inability to effectively manage and optimize my account.Furthermore, Ced Commerce continues to bill me without any tangible results or progress. They seem more interested in collecting payments than delivering the promised outcomes. It is unacceptable that they expect me to pay for services that have yielded no positive impact on my business.I strongly advise against engaging Ced Commerce for any services. They demonstrate a complete lack of professionalism, fail to deliver on their commitments, and have proven to be entirely ineffective in improving sales or maintaining product performance. Save yourself the frustration and financial loss by seeking alternatives to Ced Commerce for your e-commerce needs.
