About Blue Sword Ltd

We're a digital marketing agency that helps businesses like yours get noticed online and attract more customers. We do this through a simple, four-step process: **1. Awesome Websites:** We design and build user-friendly websites that not only look great but also bring in inquiries and sales. Whether you need a small site or a full online store, we've got you covered. Plus, we include two years of maintenance and a free redesign every two years! **2. We have different packages to fit your budget and goals. **3. Social Media Savvy:** We know social media can be a game-changer, but it's also a time-sink. Our social media team lives and breathes it! We'll craft a winning strategy, create engaging content, and keep your profiles fresh with the latest trends, so you don't have to. **4. Smart Advertising (SEM):** We help you reach your ideal customers with targeted online ads. Our pay-per-click (PPC) specialists will create campaigns that show the right ads to the right people at the perfect moment, bringing qualified leads straight to you.

We are an existing customer, we have been trying to make contact by email and phone for over a week now to discuss a problem with the email on our contact page but have had no response. We have cancelled our direct debit in the hope this might prompt someone to reply but nothing so far..........

I had been tasked with moving our radio station website over to better hosting, we were suffering constant database errors and poor performance. Blue Sword came highly recommended and from my very first email exchange, I knew I was dealing with a company who actually cared. The initial agreement was to migrate our website over to suitable VPS hosting and to sort through some minor code issues. As is the case with my life in general, it turned out not to be so simple as the website contained some coding issues. Blue Sword sorted through all the issues and have kept me updated with everything. They went above and beyond in terms of what they promised and delivered; I have received the kind of support and attention that has left me with no doubt I have made the right decision. You can hire 'cheap' developers' on Fiverr and source 'bargain' hosting, not so much of a bargain if nobody can visit your website. This is one of many reasons to go with someone you can actually speak to and to pay for a quality service from a brilliant Scottish company. I cannot rate Blue Sword highly enough. Thanks you so much for all your hard work and here is to many years of working together!

I have always dreaded doing anything to do with websites but since Blue Sword have come into my life the change is amazing. They never make me feel like a bother or too stupid and have come up with great ideas which have generated so much more business. I suggest them to everyone. They are very reasonably priced and so efficient. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are also the nicest people!
