For a huge cost and the many years it took for our new website to be delivered to us, we were incredibly disappointed with the result.Due to the slow and ineffective communication - and further costs promised in order to get the website where we needed it to be for the upcoming season, we ultimately decided the only way forward was to start again from scratch with another company and within two months we had a website that represented our brand well and could effectively grow our online traction.The website that was delivered to us (and published!) by Bird Marketing had many flaws from both a functionality perspective as well as a design perspective. There were countless bugs, it was incredibly clunky (almost 40 plugins), outdated in design, zero converting, unsuited for mobile devices.. etc. The list could go on. The initial proposal promised us the opposite.We initially put our trust in Bird Marketing as we believed that working with a reputable agency would bring the support and expertise required in order to create an exceptional result. Ultimately, we were more than a little shocked that Bird felt it appropriate to deliver to us what they did, with reputation also being of such importance to a company.It was not just our perspective - we did our research, showing the website to many that are much more tech savvy than us, including other UK based agencies - yielding comments that made us realise we needed to take it down immediately or it could cause damage to our brand.We have spent 15 years building a business based on integrity and growing our community based on quality and trust. We were so excited to see what Bird could do for us, but ultimately we didn't feel like they displayed either of those qualities within our working relationship.After years of waiting, what they presented to us was not what was proposed - and would have caused damage to our brand and company.We became no longer interested in working with Birds team to resolve the issues with the web...

I have been looking for a genuine SEO company for a while now, but couldn't really find any solutions within my budget, it was either £5000+VAT/per month or Fiverr (but after hearing the horror stories, NO WAY!).
