Can't recommend the current team at BidPixel more highly! We've had the pleasure of being clients for many years now and they have always gone above and beyond for our business. We consider BP an extension of our team and not just an advertising agency. The team are incredibly hardworking, professional and exceptional at what they do. They have consistently achieved a wonderful result for our business that previous agencies couldn't. We have been working with BidPixel for about 18 months now. Initially we started off with just our email marketing being managed but have recently moved over onto an omni package. There has been an obvious increase to our online sales in the few months since they have taken over our meta/google advertising. Our client experience manger is an absolute dream to work with and we couldn't be happier to have BidPixel assisting our company growth!

I wish I could give them 5 stars but our time with Bidpixel was underwhelming. Over promised and under-delivered from the very start. We were with Bidpixel for 6months and was sold a very different outcome. I would have to check that requests that were made were actioned sometimes three times over two weeks. Our relationship manager was lovely everyone we dealt with was however the results were not there. I think there are better agencies out there for the price we were paying.

We had some great experience dealing with Bidpixel! Unlike other agencies we spoken to before, Bidpixel took a holistic view of our business and gave their honest opinions what would be the most effective marketing strategies for our business now.Both James and Rydon spent a good amount of time trying to understand what do we do, where we are at and what do we want to achieve in the future.After a full analysis, James has recommended that at this stage it will be a bit premature for us to engage with their service, since the up-front financial commitments will be pretty burdensome for a start-up company like ours. He gave us a few recommendations on what we should do now to increase our sales with some lower cost options which suit us better at this stage.We appreciated very much that they really had our best interest in mind and pointed out what are the best options for us at this stage of our business, instead of just trying to get us onboard prematurely. It is the way it should be and not many marketers are doing the same things.Even though we won't be able to use their service at this stage, once the time is right in the future, we will be back to them for sure. :)
