It's extremely rude and unprofessional to hang up on someone. Sarah needs some customer service training.Update:I am writing to address the recent review I submitted, which you have deemed false. I want to emphasize that my review accurately reflects my experience and is not intended to be malicious or misleading.Many of the agencies my employer works with have in-house videography teams. These teams often collaborate with external vendors for overflow work or specialized projects. My review was not motivated by the decline in our potential collaboration. Rather, it was prompted by the unprofessional and disrespectful manner in which I was treated during our interaction.Specifically, I was disappointed by the fact that you hung up on me during our conversation. This abrupt and rude behavior is not acceptable and does not align with professional standards.I believe that open and honest communication is essential for building strong professional relationships. I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and strive to improve your customer service practices in the future.

Unfortunately, GWL falls victim to the triangle of death. Cheap, Fast and Good. You can have two but never all three. GWL has grasped cheap and fast with no intention of letting go. They have a lot of talented young people with great ideas but get ignored by the older people stuck in the past.

I haven't really been impressed with GWL. Apparently they bought Mass E and haven't really helped the existing Mass E clients. Mass E did our hosting and our e-mail and hosting services hasn't worked well since the transition. I hope GWL's advertising is much better than their aquired hosting services. I will not use GWL for anything from my experience and head ache
