# Google Business Profile

Social9 posts updates to your business on Google Search and Maps, through your Google Business Profile.

## Where to find it

**Dashboard → Channels → Google Business Profile → Connect.**

Google Business Profile is on the Individual plan and up.

## Connecting

1. Press **Connect** on the Google Business Profile card.
2. Sign in with the Google account that manages your business, and allow Social9.
3. Your business locations are connected to the brand.

If you get "No business locations were found on this Google account", sign in with the account that manages the Business Profile.

## What a post can include

| **Video** | Not supported |
| **Needs media** | No |

## Post types

Under **Network options tab → Options for Google Business Profile**, choose **Post type**:

| Type | What it needs |
|---|---|
| **Update** | Just your text. Optional button |
| **Event** | An event title, and **Starts** and **Ends** dates |
| **Offer** | An offer title, start and end dates. Optional **Coupon code**, **Link to redeem online** and **Terms and conditions** |

For updates and events you can add a **Button**: **Book**, **Order online**, **Buy**, **Learn more**, **Sign up** or **Call now**. Every button except **Call now** needs a **Button link**. Choose **No button** to leave it off.
